Interesting Day

Today was a bit of a challenge. It had a pretty rough beginning but it is getting better now. My energy has been a bit drained today..not just in terms of fatigue but just annoyance. I live in New Jersey and it is very easy to get annoyed and stressed here but I am learning little by little to stop and relax my mind. I am learning to be careful what and who I allow into my space. I do not want my energy to be contaminated and I think that is important. I am looking forward to great things to come and when something bad happens, I just think of how things will be as opposed to just how they are. I mentioned before to live in the moment but you also need to know when you need to see beyond your current situation when you het stuck in a rut, it is all about balance I guess. As I said, I am learning too and I am glad that things are now being revealed to me and a better side of life is making itself known. Until next time!
